Complaints Process

 

Conserve Energy Ltd aims to provide our customers with a level of service that meets their businesses needs. However, we recognise that despite working hard and with the best intentions, that sometimes things can go wrong.

We take all complaints very seriously and aim to resolve them promptly.

If there is anything that we have done to disappoint you, or you have a more serious complaint, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible as this give us the earliest opportunity to make things right.

On receipt of your complaint (whether by telephone, letter or email) our team will immediately review the information you provide and report the details to our Director Stephen Ramm.

 We will:

  • Acknowledge your complaint promptly, responding via telephone or email within 2 working days

  • Advise you clearly who is investigating your complaint and provide you with a contact email address and telephone number

  • Ensure your complaint is recorded using our complaints log, enabling us to keep track of progress, details include:

-       Your name and position

-       The supply or contract in question (including MPAN/MPRN)

-       The site address

-       The full complaint details

-       The resolution you have requested

If the complaint cannot be resolved immediately, you will be notified of this in writing and further investigation carried out

We aim to provide a full response or update within 7 working days (from the customers written notification date)

Agreed actions will be carried out as urgently as possible to ensure you are completely happy with our service and a full email response will be sent confirming these actions, for your future reference

If you are not completely satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, or if it is unresolved for more than 8 weeks, then you can contact the Energy Ombudsman for free and impartial review at:
