Free energy management review
This is essentially Conserve Energy’s introduction into energy management. It’s a fact finding exercise because most businesses we encounter aren’t aware of their basic contract terms, such as if they have a MOP contract and who their data collector is.
Once we have this information we can provide guidance on what could be possible for the site in question, this will also include a simple agreed supply capacity (ASC) check

Full energy management survey
After an initial review or conversation about your energy usage the next stage would be to complete a full study of your usage. This allows us to spend more time on the individual site providing some of the following assistance depending on your requirements:
Consumption analysis
Highlighting wastage
Guidance on energy saving opportunities
ASC amendments in line with historic usage patterns to prevent future problems with Ofgem’s targeted charging review
Creation of asset register
Assistance with future complex procurement
Design and specification of SPV installations allowing a straightforward tender process.
A single onsite assessment, if required, is included as part of this service
We do charge for this service because unlike other brokers our intention is to reduce your future energy costs and our fees are not simply based on volume rebates. The standard cost for this service is £250 – £400 for first site dependant on consumption/EACs, £100 for each site thereafter.

Asset management for renewables
After such a huge boom in renewables it is only natural that there should be a pause to reconcile the performance of your investment. This service is ideal for those who wish to take greater control of their own energy procurement, perhaps after leaving the comfort of another organisation. We appreciate that larger portfolios need a very different approach. Whether you are looking for an aggregated unit rate across all sites, to make best use of your volume or trying to ensure competitiveness on a site by site basis we can help. Part of our career in energy was spent building and maintaining a large portfolio for a leading agricultural buying group. Therefore we have extensive knowledge of running large tenders, setting up processes and tackling technical queries. We are also able to offer this service as a white label product allowing other smaller buying groups to provide their own unique service to its members.
